Our designated factory RG is using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) blends solid accounting and manufacturing practices in an easy to use and implement package. This software helps increases strategic insight, productivity, and flexibility by automating business processes for customers and business partners. The company also use PDM(Product data management) to focus on managing and tracking the creation, change and archive of all information related to a product, store and manage the information including engineering data such as Computer-aided design (CAD) models, drawings and their associated documents. PDM serves as a central knowledge repository for process and product history, and promotes integration and data exchange. Other large-site structure analysis software and simulation software on foundry and concreting process and the design software for gear and so on, is brought into design to make the calculation, analysis, research and development computerization. The foundation for these enabling technologies and workflows is robust data management.

 

 

 

 

 

 

             

    The factory has established various cooperation projects with top rank universities and has had eight-science research & development projects successfully carried out. The complete unit and all the key parts were fit and met the cold weather requirement in Russia (-45℃) as soon as the first cold-weather-conditioned mobile drilling rig built by the advanced low temperature technology.
